QUESTION: Why do some orders take up to 15 days or more to ship?
ANSWER: Due to high levels of credit card fraud, we check each order individually. We also submit orders suspected of fraud to our payment processor for verification. This process may take an extended amount of time. However, as we operate on minimal profit margins, we cannot afford losses due to fraud. We appreciate your patience and thank you for your business.
After your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Shipping confirmation emails may occasionally be sent without tracking numbers. If this occurs, you will receive a second confirmation email when the warehouse has attached the tracking to your order. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
